“From CRM Projects to Investment Readiness”

The European IRMHUB project will host its first Cross-Regional Innovation Investment Coaching Session on 25 September 2026. Entitled “From CRM Projects to Investment Readiness”, the online event will introduce a three-session coaching process designed to support project holders working in the Critical Raw Materials (CRM) sector.

Organised within Task 4.3, “Cross-Regional Innovation Investment Coaching”, this first session will help participants take stock of their projects’ current investment readiness and understand which aspects need further development.

The programme will combine an introduction to IRMHUB and the coaching process with information on funding and financing resources. Participants will also hear an industrial project’s perspective on investment readiness, including practical needs, challenges and lessons learned, before taking part in an investment-readiness quick scan.

A final discussion will provide space for questions and common needs, followed by an overview of the next steps and the second and third coaching sessions.

Who should attend?

The session is particularly relevant to Critical Raw Materials project holders, SMEs and their partners interested in assessing how prepared their projects are for investment. Other organisations and stakeholders interested in the topic are also welcome.

REGISTRATION

Technological Corporation of Andalusia (CTA) will host with Junta de Andalucía, Consejería de Industria Energía y Minas, a two-day event in the framework of european project IRMHUB, bringing together regional and European organisations to discuss Andalusia’s role in Europe’s Critical Raw Materials Strategy and to review the project’s technical progress.

On 10 December, the programme will focus on Andalusia’s role within the European Critical Raw Materials landscape. Contributions from CTA and key stakeholders in the raw materials sector will outline the EMSA 2030 framework, the regional ecosystem, Andalusia’s involvement in Europe’s 47 Strategic Raw Materials Projects, and its Smart Specialisation priorities in mining, batteries and advanced materials. The day will conclude with sessions dedicated to investment, innovation and interregional cooperation. Link meeting

On 11 December, the IRMHUB consortium will hold its General Assembly. Partners will review progress across all Work Packages. The day will end with a joint discussion and closing remarks. Link meeting
